Why do we care so much about

What do we gain from all the pain?

Night falls on all of us
To that there’s no doubt
So, why all the fuzz?

If not, why should I answer to you?

Why should I answer to anyone?
Take orders from you or your father or son?
Why comply with inferior rules
Made up by all you superior fools?

Is it really worth all the cries
And all tears shed in the life of a mother
While she has to bare watching her child
Being taken away in the name of the father

How can that ever suffice?
Fuck all the holy men on this earth
How can they ever justify all their lies?
That made fear rock the cradle from the moment of our birth

Clearly they ‘miss-framed’ the picture
An epic fail to see the point meant to capture
In life there’s truth to be found
And time is running out, so make it count!

Obviously some feel the desire
To keep on pouring oil into the fire,
They claim the flame is a light that saves
But all they see are the shadows on the walls of their caves

Liars, cowards, deceivers
A shadow on the wall cannot tell you who you are
Hired, backward-believers
Shadows on the wall that is all they fucking are

Why is it hard to accept?
That we are unable to change our past
The future, however, has yet to be written,
Choose ink over blood, and peace might last

How will we ever survive?
Fuck all you holy men on this earth!
You are the ones who should beg to be forgiven
